Prince Consulting is not responsible for the actions, decisions, outages, underwriting requirements, pricing changes, funding delays, chargebacks, reserves, account holds, terminations, or service limitations imposed by third party providers.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

If you use our payment related services, you are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate business, ownership, banking, tax, and processing information.
2. Complying with all applicable laws, card network rules, payment processor requirements, PCI DSS obligations, and industry regulations.
3. Properly disclosing surcharges, convenience fees, dual pricing, cash discount programs, financing terms, or other customer facing payment terms where applicable.
4. Maintaining accurate refund, return, cancellation, and customer communication policies.
5. Monitoring your transactions, deposits, disputes, chargebacks, and account activity.
6. Ensuring that your business does not process prohibited, restricted, fraudulent, or unlawful transactions.

Prince Consulting may provide guidance, but you remain responsible for legal and regulatory compliance within your business.

5. PayRoutes, Dealer Genie, Software, and Platform Tools

If you use Dealer Genie or any other Prince Consulting platform, portal, dashboard, automation, reporting tool, customer engagement feature, QR code tool, terminal display feature, text to pay feature, or related software, you agree to use those tools only as intended.

You may not:

1. Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or modify the platform without written permission.
2. Share login credentials with unauthorized users.
3. Upload malicious code, harmful content, or unlawful material.
4. Use the platform to send spam, misleading messages, or unauthorized marketing.
5. Interfere with system performance or security.

We may update, modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Fees, Pricing, and Proposals

Fees, rates, software costs, equipment costs, gateway fees, processing fees, financing fees, implementation fees, consulting fees, and other pricing may vary based on the business, processor, software provider, underwriting approval, selected products, transaction type, volume, risk profile, and other factors.

Any quote, proposal, savings analysis, rate review, or estimate provided by Prince Consulting is for informational purposes unless it is included in a signed agreement. Actual costs, savings, approval terms, and processing results may vary.

7. No Guarantee of Approval, Savings, or Results

Prince Consulting works to help businesses improve payment operations, customer experience, reporting, and efficiency. However, we do not guarantee:

1. Approval by any payment processor, bank, financing provider, or third party.
2. Specific savings, revenue growth, customer conversion, financing approval rates, or processing outcomes.
3. Continuous or error free operation of third party systems.
4. That any service will meet every business requirement.

Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Customer Data and Privacy

Your use of our website and services may involve the submission of business information, contact information, transaction related information, or other data. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you provide to Prince Consulting or any third party provider is collected, used, and shared lawfully.
